Step 1: Send 3D drawings to us, and tell us your requirements for quotation
About the 3D drawings, preferred formats include: STL, STEP, IGES. And we offer free format conversion if needed.
About your requirements, you should tell us:
- Your Material Preference (PLA, ABS, PETG, resin, metal, etc.)
- Application Scenario (prototyping, functional parts, decor, etc.) of the final products.
- Technical Specs: layer height, infill density, dimensional accuracy.
- Quantity
- Delivery Address
- Urgent Level
Our Services:
- Model Check: Our engineering team will assess the printability of your model. This involves checking aspects like wall thickness, overhangs, and support structures. If any issues are detected, such as walls that are too thin and might break during the printing process, we will provide free suggestions for optimization. In cases where necessary, we can even make modifications and fixes for you.
- 3D Drawing Creation: If you don’t have 3D drawings yet, you can send us a sample or pictures, along with your requirements. We are able to assist you in creating the 3D drawings.
Step 2: Quote to you after details confirmed
Typically we will send you a detailed quotation within 24 hours, and the quotation will include the following:
- Unit price + total cost
- Logistics fee
- Production lead time
- Quote validity
Step 3: Make payments after your confirmation of the Quotation
Once you have confirmed the quotation, please make the payment.
After making the payment, kindly send us the bank slip.
We will send you a confirmation message as soon as the payment confirmed.
After that we will get into production immediately.
Step 4: Mass Production and Progress Updates
You could ask us about the production progress anytime during the mass production phase.
Step 5: QC Inspection
Our QC team will conduct thorough inspections throughout the process, covering the sample, intermediate products, and the final product.
Step 6: Your Inspection
Once the mass production is completed, we will send you photos, videos, and reports for your review and confirmation.
And you could ask a third-party institution or a representative to conduct an inspection at our factory on your behalf.
Step 7: Make Balance Payment
After you confirm the quality of the cargo, then you make balance payment.
Step 8: Delivery
We will arrange the logistics and dispatch the goods in accordance with the logistics method stipulated in the contract or Proforma Invoice (PI).

And meanwhile we will send you these:
- Tracking number (to monitor delivery in real time).
- Customs documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificates if required by your country).
Step 9: After-sales service
If you enconter any problems during the logistics process, after receiving the goods, or while using the products, and there’s anything we can assist with, just let us know, we would always like to help.
