1. How We Support Your Project
Design for AM / DFM Review
Our engineers review your CAD files for metal 3D printability and CNC machinability. We flag potential design issues and suggest practical changes to lower costs, shorten lead times, and improve part performance.
Quotation Support
Send over your CAD files, specifications, material requirements, and post-processing requirements. We will get back to you with a detailed quote within 24 business hours.
Sample & Prototype Support
We handle prototype and small-batch production. We can build test samples for material validation, fit checks, and performance testing before you move to mass production.
Technical Consultation
Our team can help you select materials, pick surface finishing options, and advise on heat treatment or Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) based on your application.
Order Tracking
Once production begins, we’ll send regular project updates to your email, including photos, videos, or even live streams. You may request in-process photos, dimensional inspection reports, or video checks while your parts are being manufactured.
After-Delivery Support
If you run into questions about part dimensions, surface finish, or performance after receiving your shipment, get in touch with our team right away. We will review your case and work toward a solution.

2. Documentation & Data We Can Provide
Material Certificates
We can provide material certification documents for metal powders and raw bar stock.
Inspection Reports
Dimensional inspection reports and surface roughness test reports are available upon request.
Traceability Records
Batch traceability documentation can be provided for aerospace and high-reliability applications.
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)
We can sign your Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect your design files and intellectual property.
3. Terms & Quality Commitment
Quality Standard
We maintain strict internal inspection standards for metal additively manufactured and CNC finished components.
Return & Remake Policy
If parts fail to meet specifications due to our manufacturing error, we will discuss remake or compensation options with you.

4. Free 3D Modeling & 3D Model Revision
We also offer free 3D modeling and model revision services.
For parts with relatively simple geometries, we can create 3D models at no cost. However, for components with complex structures, online discussions may not capture all details, so free modeling may not be available in those cases.
That said, free model revisions are still included.
Our technical specialists will review the 3D files you send over. If we spot issues that would cause problems during printing, we’ll flag them for you. We’ll walk you through potential printing defects and suggest fixes. Once you approve the changes, we’ll revise the file for free before starting production.
5. Guided Factory Tour & Virtual Factory Tour
Our online sales team can send you an online factory tour video, or arrange a live virtual factory tour anytime.
If you’d like to visit our facility in person, we also provide complimentary on-site reception.
Our facility is about one hour’s drive from Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hong Kong. If you are traveling near Guangzhou or Hong Kong, feel welcome to stop by for an on-site visit.
6. Other Support Services
Even for orders on an EXW basis, we can help arrange shipment. We’ll supply your air freight tracking number and keep you updated on shipment status in real time.
