By accessing or using the website https://dt3dprint.com (the “Site”) and all services provided by DT 3D Printing (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be fully bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must not use our Site or services.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and shall not infringe upon the legal rights of others or restrict any party from using and enjoying the Site. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Uploading, posting or transmitting any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory or otherwise objectionable content via the Site;
Attempting to breach the Site’s security, including accessing unauthorized data or distributing malware;
Using automated tools (bots) to scrape, crawl or collect data from the Site without our explicit written permission.

2. Layanan Kami

We provide professional custom 3D printing services, including but not limited to:

Manufacturing: 3D printing of parts with various materials and technologies;
Consultation: Technical advice on design, material selection and process optimization;
Pasca-pemrosesan: Surface finishing, assembly and other secondary operations.

3. Orders & Quotations

Quotes: All quotations are valid for 30 days and are prepared based on the information you provide.
Order Acceptance: An order is officially confirmed once we receive your full payment and issue a formal order confirmation.
Designs & Files: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all designs and files you submit. We may review files for printability, but we assume no liability for errors existing in the original designs.

4. Pricing & Payment

Pricing: All prices are quoted in US Dollars, and do not include taxes, duties and shipping fees unless otherwise specified.
Payment: New customers are required to make 100% advance payment. We accept wire transfers, PayPal and credit card payments.
Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund only before production commences. Once production has started, relevant cancellation fees will apply.

5. Lead Time & Shipping

Lead Time: Production starts after order confirmation and receipt of all required design files. We will provide an estimated delivery date, which is not a guaranteed delivery time.
Shipping & Risk: We are not liable for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities. The risk of loss or damage to products transfers to you once the goods are dispatched.
Customs: You are responsible for settling all applicable customs duties, taxes and related fees.

6. Quality & Warranties

Quality Standard: We warrant that all delivered products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
Quality Claims: Any quality-related claims must be submitted within 7 working days after you receive the products. At our discretion, we will arrange repair, reprint or full refund for defective products.
Limitation of Warranty: We are not responsible for damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper use or failure to follow our usage instructions.

7. User Accounts

If you register for a user account on the Site, you shall keep your account password confidential. You take full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account. Please notify us immediately if you detect any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Intellectual Property

Your Intellectual Property: You retain full ownership of all designs you provide to us. You grant us a limited license to use these designs solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders.
Our Intellectual Property: All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, images, software) and all original designs created by us are the intellectual property of DT 3D Printing or our licensors, protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of the above content without our prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We have no control over these external sites, and assume no responsibility for their content or privacy policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided to you on an “as is” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will operate uninterrupted, remain secure or be free of errors.

11. Limitation of Liability

For any claims arising from your orders, our total liability to you shall not exceed the total purchase price you have paid.
Under no circumstances shall DT 3D Printing be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page, and the revised terms shall take effect upon posting.
