By accessing or using the services provided by DT 3D Printing (“Wij,” “ons,” of “ons ”) through our websitehttps://dt3dprint.com (de “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Onze diensten

We provide custom 3D printing services, including but not limited to:

Manufacturing: 3D printing of parts using various materials and technologies.
Consultation: Technical advice on design, material selection, and process optimization.
Nabewerking: Surface finishing, montage, and other secondary operations.

2. Orders & Quotations

Quotes: All quotations are valid for 30 days and are based on the information you provide.
Acceptance: An order is confirmed once we receive your payment and issue an order confirmation.
Designs & Files: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all designs and files provided. We may review files for printability but are not liable for errors in the original design.

3. Pricing & Payment

Pricing: Prices are quoted in USD and are exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping unless stated otherwise.
Payment: Payment terms are net 100% in advance for new customers. We accept wire transfers, PayPal, and credit cards.
Cancellations: Orders may be canceled for a full refund only before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation fees will apply.

4. Lead Time & Verzending

Lead Time: Production time starts after order confirmation and receipt of all necessary files. We will provide an estimated delivery date, but cannot guarantee it.
Verzending: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch.
Douane: You are responsible for paying any customs duties, belastingen, or fees.

5. Kwaliteit & Warranties

Quality Standard: We warrant our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
Claims: Any quality claims must be made within 7 working days of receipt. We will, at our option, repair, reprint, or refund defective products.
Limitation: We are not liable for damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or failure to follow our instructions.

6. Intellectual Property

Your IP: You retain ownership of the designs you provide. You grant us a license to use them solely to fulfill your order.
Our IP: All content on our website, including designs created by us, are our intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your order is limited to the purchase price paid. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
