  1. What kind of metal 3D printers do you use? Can you 3D print by using DMLS (Pensinteran Laser Logam Langsung) ?

We use SLM 3D printers.

SLM (Peleburan Laser Terpilih) is the main solution to industrial metal 3D printing.

And most products 3D-printed by using DMLS could be printed by using SLM.

Moreover, the complete melting characteristic of SLM enables components to have higher density and mechanical properties (strength, hardness) than DMLS products, making it more suitable for high – load scenarios.

2. Do you provide instant quote?

We quote manually at present, it’s accurate, and most of the time, the price is quoted by our boss.

And we are working on a automatic instant quote system for self-service quote, in case of we can’t handle too many quotation request at the same time in the near future.

3. Why there is a AI agent for the reception?

Due to the time difference, we have to activate the AI during our rest hours to help us handle guests’ inquiries.

Now, our AI customer service is highly intelligent and empathetic. It can answer most common questions.
