We provide high-precision SLM metal 3D printed pump impellers in 5 mainstream types, covering full working conditions from clean water, chemical liquid to sewage and slurry. All impellers are manufactured with dense metal powder materials, featuring complex integrated molding, no welding, high mechanical strength, excellent corrosion resistance and cavitation resistance, perfectly customized for industrial pump replacement, prototype R&D and special fluid equipment.
1. 316L Semi-Open Impellers, Batch Produced via SLM 3D Printing

This is an unfinished batch semi-open impeller produced by SLM metal 3D printing technology, retaining the original printing substrate and supports. It is mainly used for mass customized pump spare parts and rapid prototype verification. The optional metal materials are 17-4PH stainless steel and 316L stainless steel, which meet the batch production standards of industrial pump accessories with stable material performance and high dimensional consistency.
2. Semi-Open Pump Impeller

The semi-open impeller is designed with a rear cover plate and no front cover plate, with unobstructed flow channels and strong anti-clogging performance. It is widely used for conveying sewage, chemical slurry and medium containing fine particles. The conventional printing materials are 316L stainless steel and 17-4PH stainless steel. 316L is suitable for corrosive water environments such as seawater and chemical media, while 17-4PH provides higher hardness and cavitation resistance for industrial sewage pumps.
3. Open Pump Impeller

The fully open impeller has no front and rear cover plates, with an ultra-wide flow passage structure. It has the strongest anti-blocking ability and is suitable for slurry pumps, impurity pumps and fluid media containing large particles and fibers. The preferred printing materials are316L stainless steel and 17-4PH stainless steel. For severe wear and corrosive working conditions, Inconel 625 is optional to extend the service life.
4. Integrated Pump Housing & Impeller Assembly

The integrated pump body and impeller are integrally formed by metal 3D printing without secondary assembly, which effectively avoids assembly errors and fluid leakage. It is specially used for micro chemical pumps, fuel cell pumps and laboratory R&D prototype equipment. Conventional materials are AlSi10Mg aluminum alloy and 316L stainless steel. Aluminum alloy is for lightweight prototype verification, and 316L is for formal industrial corrosive working conditions.
5. Closed Pump Impeller

Equipped with double front and rear cover plates, the closed impeller forms a completely closed flow channel, with the highest hydraulic efficiency and minimal fluid leakage. It’s manufactured in one single piece via SLM metal 3D printing, with no assembly or welding required. It is the mainstream choice for clean water pumps and chemical process pumps, suitable for conveying pure water and clean chemical media. The standard printing materials are 17-4PH stainless steel and 316L stainless steel. For high-temperature and high-pressure corrosive working conditions, Inconel 718 / Inconel 625 och Ti6Al4V titanium alloy are available for customization.
