Merci d'avoir choisi DT 3D Printing. Cette politique d'expédition détaille les modalités de traitement des commandes, modes de livraison, coûts, et les termes associés pour les envois internationaux.
1. Délai de traitement des commandes
- La production commence après réception du paiement intégral et confirmation que les fichiers de conception sont prêts à imprimer.
- Délai de traitement standard: 3– 7 jours ouvrés pour la plupart des pièces imprimées en 3D. Les commandes complexes ou volumineuses peuvent nécessiter un délai de 10 à 15 jours ouvrés (Nous t'informerons de tout allongement des délais lors de l'établissement du devis).
- Les commandes sont traitées du lundi au vendredi (hors jours fériés).
2. Modes de livraison & Opérateurs
Nous travaillons en partenariat avec des transporteurs internationaux de premier plan pour garantir une livraison fiable:
- Livraison express: DHL, FedEx, ou UPS (3–7 jours ouvrés vers la plupart des destinations).
- Livraison standard: Courrier aérien international recommandé (10–20 business days, varies by country).
- Freight Shipping: For bulk or oversized orders (quotes provided upon request).
Remarque: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays, weather, or carrier issues.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected method. You can view the exact cost during checkout.
- Free express shipping is available for orders over $500 (valid for most countries; excludes remote areas).
4. Customs & Duties
- All international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are determined by the destination country’s regulations.
- These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated costs before ordering.
- We will provide commercial invoices with accurate product descriptions and values to facilitate customs clearance.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor delivery status.
- Tracking information may take 1–2 business days to activate after shipment.
6. Delivery Issues
- Undelivered Packages: If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly first. If issues persist, notify us within 5 business days.
- Damaged in Transit: Inspect packages upon delivery. If damaged, take photos of the packaging and item, then contact us within 3 business days for assistance with claims.
- Address Errors: Please verify your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
7. International Restrictions
- We ship to most countries worldwide, but cannot deliver to regions with trade restrictions or sanctions.
- Certain materials (Ex. :, metal alloys) may have import restrictions in some countries. It is your responsibility to confirm local regulations.
