1. Order Processing Time
- Production begins after full payment is received and design files are confirmed print-ready.
- Standard processing time: 3–7 business days for most 3D printed parts. Complex or large-volume orders may require 10–15 business days (we will notify you of extended timelines during quotation).
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with leading international carriers to ensure reliable delivery:
- Express Shipping: DHL, FedEx, or UPS (3–7 business days to most destinations).
- Standard Shipping: International registered airmail (10–20 business days, varies by country).
- Freight Shipping: For bulk or oversized orders (quotes provided upon request).
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays, weather, or carrier issues.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected method. You can view the exact cost during checkout.
- Free express shipping is available for orders over $500 (valid for most countries; excludes remote areas).
4. Customs & Duties

- Undelivered Packages: If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly first. If issues persist, notify us within 5 business days.
