The sample cost depends on the material, size, and complexity of the product.
The sample fee can be deducted from the bulk order payment after you place the formal order.
Q4: I don’t have any 3D drawings / models, can you create for me?
A: Yes, we offer professional design services, from concept sketches to 3D modeling.
You only need to provide the functional requirements and reference images of the product.
If the product structure is relatively simple, we can create 3D design drawings for you free of charge.

Q5: What are the regular product colors, and can they be customized?
A: Our standard colors include white, black, gray, and natural material colors. And yes, the colors can be customized freely.
Q6: Can I have my own logo customized?
A: Yes, of course, we can add your logo to the product via 3D printing, silk-screen printing, or laser engraving.
Q7: What kind of packaging options do you offer?
A: We provide multiple packaging choices:
- Standard: Shock-proof foam + hard carton
- Custom: Color boxes, gift boxes, and brand-logo packaging
- Shipping: Reinforced packaging suitable for international transportation

A: Standard orders are usually shipped within 3-4 working days after payment confirmation and 3D drawings confirmation.
Complex or large-volume orders may take 7-10 working days.

A: Our payment terms are flexible:
- New customers: 100% prepayment or 50% deposit + 50% payment before shipment
- Regular customers: Negotiable more flexible terms
- Accepted methods: T/T, Xtransfer, PayPal, credit cards, and Western Union

Q11: How do you deliver the goods?
A: We cooperate with international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS. For bulk goods, air freight or sea freight can be arranged. You can also specify your own freight forwarder.

A: Starting an order is simple:
- Send us your 3D model files, order quantity, materials want to use and post-process requirements in details.

- Make the payment
- We will start production, once finished, we will send photos and videos to you for your confirmation, and then ship the goods upon completion.
Q13: What is your MOQ?
A: We have no strict MOQ limits. And we accept single-piece production. Large-volume orders can enjoy more preferential prices.
Q14: May I inspect the goods before delivery?
A: Sure, you can:
- Arrange third-party inspection (e.g., SGS)
- Request detailed photos/videos of the production process and finished products
- Visit our factory in person or send representatives for inspection if conditions permit
