A: Yes, we can provide samples. The sample cost depends on the material, size, and complexity of the product. The sample fee can be deducted from the bulk order payment after you place the formal order.
Q4: I don’t have any drawings, can you design for me?
A: Yes, we offer professional design services, from concept sketches to 3D modeling. You only need to provide the functional requirements and reference images of the product.

A: Yes, of course, we can add your logo to the product via 3D printing, silk-screen printing, or laser engraving.

A: We provide multiple packaging choices:

A: Standard orders are usually shipped within 3-7 working days after payment confirmation and 3D drawings confirmation. Complex or large-volume orders may take 10-15 working days.

- New customers: 100% prepayment or 50% deposit + 50% payment before shipment
- Regular customers: Negotiable more flexible terms

Q11: How do you deliver the goods?

- We will start production, once finished, we will send photos and videos to you for your confirmation, and then ship the goods upon completion.

A: We have no strict MOQ limits. And we accept single-piece production. Large-volume orders can enjoy more preferential prices.
Q14: May I inspect the goods before delivery?
A: Sure, you can:
- Arrange third-party inspection (e.g., SGS)
- Request detailed photos/videos of the production process and finished products
- Visit our factory in person or send representatives for inspection if conditions permit
